It examines, among other things, the rapid automation, the increased focus on green transition and how generative AI is changing the entire labor market ## The Report in Brief - According to the report, artificial intelligence is expected to create more jobs and it underlines the importance of putting people at the heart of AI development. - The global green transition is believed to be the main job creator in the next five years. Companies' sustainability thinking affects both how attractive their products and services are, as well as how popular they are as an employer. - These changes place new demands on the adaptability of companies and employees and increase the demand for specialized skills.
