Across 16 countries, 12,062 workers were engaged between April 15 to May 10, 2024, out of which 532 people are in Sweden. The survey measures employee health and well-being, job satisfaction and confidence at work.The ManpowerGroup Global Talent Barometer aims to improve the future of work through deeper understanding of workforce sentiment, offering workers an opportunity to share their views on what they want now and in the future. Understanding Employee Sentiment

 

ManpowerGroup surveyed more than 12,000 workers across 16 countries to better understand what workers want and how they feel about their well-being, job satisfaction, and confidence.

 

Well-Being

The Well-Being Index is structured around four key benchmarks: meaning and purpose, minimal daily stress, values alignment, and work-life balance. 

 

Job Satisfaction

The Job Satisfaction Index is based on the four distinct benchmarks of current job satisfaction, current job security, job-search confidence, and the trust they have in their manager.

 

Confidence

The confidence index is comprised of the four key areas of career development, career opportunities, experience and skills, and appropriate tech and tools.

ManpowerGroup's new Global Talent Barometer survey measures employee health and well-being, job satisfaction and confidence at work. This survey involved 12,062 workers in 16 countries, out of which 532 people are in Sweden, from April 15 to May 10, 2024.  

In the Talent Barometer's total index, which combines employees' health and well-being, job satisfaction and self-confidence at work, Sweden comes in 10th place out of 16 countries. For questions,
